Hearthom

Hearthom was a Jaredite king, the son of Lib, who reigned after his father in the hereditary line descended from Jared and his brother (Ether 10:29; 1:17). He came to the throne after a line of kings who prospered, including the unnamed king who anointed Corom, and Lib himself (Ether 10:16).

Hearthom reigned twenty-four years, after which the kingdom was taken from him. He then served the rest of his life in captivity (Ether 10:30).

He was the father of Heth, who lived his whole life in captivity as well, and through whom the line continued to Aaron, Amnigaddah, Coriantum, and Com (Ether 1:16–17; 10:31).
