Lib²

Lib, a member of a secret conspiratorial group during the reign of Coriantumr, the last of the Jaredite kings, “was a man of great stature, more than any other man among all the people”. He was responsible for murdering the high priest of their secret compact who, in turn, had murdered Gilead, the intended usurper of the throne of Coriantumr. Coriantumr came against Lib with his army, but Lib wounded Coriantumr and forced the army to retreat. In a subsequent battle, Lib was killed by Coriantumr. The brother of Lib, a man by the name of Shiz, carried on the campaign against Coriantumr until, through a series of final engagements, the nation was totally destroyed, leaving only Coriantumr.
