Labans Clothes are the garments of Laban that Nephi took and wore after smiting off Laban’s head with Laban’s own sword. Nephi “put them upon mine own body; yea, even every whit,” and girded Laban’s armor about his loins (1 Nephi 4:19).
Nephi went toward Laban’s treasury wearing the garments and armor. Laban’s servant, who held the treasury keys, supposed Nephi was Laban because he saw “the garments and also the sword girded about my loins” (1 Nephi 4:20-22).
