In the days of Coriantor, a Jaredite of the royal line who lived in captivity his whole life (Ether 11:19), many prophets came and foretold great and marvelous things. They called the people to repent, warning that otherwise the Lord would bring judgment and destroy them (Ether 11:20), and that he would bring another people to possess the land, as he had brought their fathers (Ether 11:21).
The people rejected the prophets’ words because of their secret society and wickedness (Ether 11:22). The individual prophets are not named.
