“The Lord God Shall Commence His Work”
The work of gathering that will commence in the Millennium will be of such a magnitude that the extent of the gathering previously will hardly constitute a beginning by comparison. (See 3 Nephi 21:26-28; this is a commentary on Isaiah 54, which follows in 3 Nephi 22).
