Onihah was a Nephite city destroyed at the time of Christ’s crucifixion. The resurrected Christ, speaking by voice to the survivors in the land, listed Onihah among the cities he had judged: he had caused waters to come up in its place, drowning its inhabitants, to hide their wickedness and abominations and so that the blood of the prophets and saints slain among them would no longer testify against them (3 Nephi 9:7).
