“Come Unto Christ and Be Perfected in Him”

D. Kelly Ogden, Andrew C. Skinner

The invitation is extended to become perfected in Christ. How is that accomplished? By denying ourselves all ungodliness and acquiring the love of God. By keeping all ungodliness or uncleanness out of our lives, and filling our hearts and lives with the love of God, we become sanctified by his grace, made holy or perfect, with no worldly stains at all.
