“The Greatest of All”

Joseph F. McConkie, Robert L. Millet
Charity is the highest of all the spiritual gifts, the capstone of spiritual endowments. It is, in the language of Paul, “a more excellent way” (1 Corinthians 12:31). To be endowed with charity is to be clothed in the mantle of perfectness and peace (see D&C 88:125).
