Mormon notes that faith and hope have a symbiotic relationship and go hand in hand. Hope is the state that first feeds the desire for faith and helps faith to grow (see Alma 32), but faith then nurtures hope by pointing to Christ’s atonement, the resurrection, and eternal life.
