The words of the resurrected Christ still echo across the generations from the occasion of His visit to the Saints in Bountiful: “Wherefore, by their fruits ye shall know them” (3 Nephi 14:20). Mormon remembers these words from the record and confirms to the people that when we do good works we reflect the goodness of God in our lives.
