“Concerning Faith Hope, and Charity”

George Reynolds, Janne M. Sjodahl

In this chapter an address concerning Faith, Hope and Charity, which was delivered by the Prophet Mormon to the Nephite Saints is preserved by his son, Moroni. For our edification, and our better understanding, we may be assured by Alma's admonishment to the Saints in Gideon: "See that ye have faith, hope, and charity, and then ye will always abound in good works." (Alma 7:24)

Where this address was given is not of the greatest importance, but it will suffice any inquiry thereof to quote Moroni's own words concerning it: "For after this manner did he speak unto the people, as he taught them in the synagogue which they had built for the place of worship."
