If we always remember Him, take His name upon us, and keep His commandments, we will always have His Spirit to be with us. Partaking of the sacrament is renewing our covenants with the Lord. This sacred ordinance was given by the Lord to help us keep our covenants. Consideration of this choice blessing in the Church raises an important question of conscience: What are we doing to remember and keep the sacramental prayers—not only in our minds but also in obeying and keeping the commandments?
