This verse indicates that the wickedness of the Gentiles will keep the Lord from publicly revealing the vision of the brother of Jared. From other passages in the Book of Mormon, we have no reason to believe that the Gentiles, as a people, will repent before the Second Coming of the Lord (see 3 Nephi 16,20,21). Therefore, this revelation will not be revealed, except to certain righteous individuals, until after the Second Coming of the Lord.
