“May God the Father Remember the Covenant”

Ed J. Pinegar, Richard J. Allen

Moroni’s final utterance in this segment is a plea that the prayers of the faithful may be answered, that God will remember the covenant made with the house of Israel, and that He may bless them forever through faith in Christ. The message of the Book of Mormon is profoundly simple and universal: Believe in Christ, repent, be baptized, and endure to the end. The Book of Mormon, having come forth by the hand of God as a light in a day of darkness, is the handbook for spiritual survival and covenant prosperity. We have the blessing of the Book of Mormon in our lives. Let us recognize the sorrowful condition of the world in these last days and keep ourselves free from sin by searching these words of living truth and applying them consistently and with devotion.
