Mormon has the wondrous experience of being visited by the Lord personally—no doubt receiving on that occasion counsel and instructions about his coming life’s work. In contrast to the godless iniquity rampant among Mormon’s compatriots, he is able to savor and enjoy the “goodness of Jesus.”
