Mormon apparently had a revelation concerning the Three Nephites’ future efforts, for he mentions their achievements before the Savior’s coming, particularly among the Gentiles. That information identifies their efforts as occurring during the period when the Gentiles receive the gospel—the same period that Mormon has been discussing as part of the last days.
