“For None of Them Are Lost”

D. Kelly Ogden, Andrew C. Skinner

The Savior exclaimed that he is full of joy, the Father is full of joy, and the angels are full of joy, because of the generation of righteous souls then living—“none of them are lost”! But he sorrowed for those of the fourth generation (in this case, a “generation” being a hundred years; see commentary at Helaman 13:5, 9–10) because then people will sell him out, caring more for gold, silver, and other corrupting and transitory things.
