Jesus said that it was all part of the Father's plan to have the more civilized Gentiles receive the gospel first so they could receive the visitation of angels and see the power of God manifest among them. By receiving the gospel in this manner the American Gentiles could then be converted to the Church and the Lord would then adopt them into the house of Israel.
