In the aside the Savior speaks of the reason that the Book of Mormon will go to the Gentiles. They will have the opportunity to understand the gospel and be adopted into the House of Israel. This is a repetition of the message already noted in 3 Nephi 16:12-13 and 3 Nephi 20:27.
