The Savior ties the idea of remembering him with the gift of the Holy Ghost. Mormons believe that when they take the sacrament—which they do nearly every Sunday—they renew their baptismal covenant to take upon themselves the name of Christ. This is a weighty responsibility, but Mormons believe that partaking of the sacrament gives them the strength to bear the honor of the Savior’s name and become more like him.
