The formula for exaltation and eternal life is simple; the implications, consequences, and blessings inherent in the formula are of immense importance. The message of all dispensations is to repent and come unto Christ. To become as a child requires us to be “submissive, meek, humble, patient, full of love, willing to submit to all things which the Lord seeth fit to inflict upon him, even as a child doth submit to his father” (Mosiah 3:19).
