“He That Hath the Scriptures, Let Him Search Them”
The commandment to search the scriptures is again emphasized. Through searching the scriptures we can have testimonies strengthened by seeing the fulfillment of prophecy (compare D&C 1:37), can be instructed in righteousness (compare 2 Timothy 3:15-17), can come to know Christ more fully (compare John 5:39), and from the “words of Christ” learn “all things that [we] should do” (2 Nephi 32:3-5)
