“Be Numbered Among His Sheep”

Joseph F. McConkie, Robert L. Millet
On the matter of the latter-day gathering the Book of Mormon is both plain and repetitious. The gathering is always to the waters of baptism, where a covenant is made to take upon oneself the name of Christ. It always embraces “being numbered among his sheep,” or being an active member of his Church.
