“Whosoever Doeth Iniquity, Doeth It Unto Himself”

Joseph F. McConkie, Robert L. Millet
All accountable souls are responsible for their own actions. Ultimately, everyone will stand exalted or condemned by their own choices. We may harm others with evil, but none more than ourselves. Again, we can bless others through our righteousness, but none more than ourselves. We are our choices, and thus, in the words of Alma, we are our own judges (see Alma 41:7).
