Despite the breadth of Mormon’s hope and desire for universal salvation, he knows that the scriptures teach that some will be cast off from Yahweh’s presence in that last day. Even with Yahweh’s repeated promises and the great principle of repentance, some will refuse to repent and will reap the terrible consequence of that choice.
