“Which Bringeth Unto the Power of the Redeemer, Unto the Salvation of Their Souls”

Joseph F. McConkie, Robert L. Millet
This passage may be better understood if one word, which is implicit in the scripture, were explicitly inserted. “Which bringeth unto [them] the power of the Redeemer....” Amulek taught that as a result of the people’s “faith unto repentance” the Atonement and the mercy of Christ “can satisfy the demands of justice, and encircles them in the arms of safety” (Alma 34:15-16). Our faith and repentance brings to us that power which redeems—even the power of the Redeemer.
