Helaman follows in the footsteps of his father, Helaman, son of Alma. We see that prosperity is the harvest of obedience and righteous living. We also see that Helaman’s two sons, Nephi and Lehi, partake of the honorable heritage of their lineage and begin “to grow up unto the Lord” (verse 21). There is power and momentum in perpetuating the word of God within the family circle as it continues onward along the pathway of life.
