It is interesting that the Nephites were determined to put down any secret combination and execute any who were known to belong to Kishkumen's band. Unfortunately they didn't find them all. It is also interesting that the new chief judge was Pacumeni, the one who had supported his brother after the first election. He was thus rewarded for his support of the constitution even thought he was not chosen in the first election.
