Several migrations from the land southward into the land northward took place in the decade between 60 and 50 B.C. Some of these immigrants and many of their supplies were shipped into the land northward on ships built by Hagoth. However, in about 55 B.C. Hagoth and "many more people" entered into a ship, started for the land northward, and were never heard of again. (Alma 63:7.)
