“Pachus”

Ed J. Pinegar, Richard J. Allen

Pachus leads the Nephite rebels who have revolted against Pahoran I, chief judge and governor, and driven the freemen from Zarahemla. We know little of his background or upbringing but a great deal about his principles and motivation: based on his deeds we can be certain that he was a traitor to the liberty of the people and a power-hungry aspirant of worldly station and the honors of men.
