Moroni’s actions affirm what King Mosiah, son of Benjamin had taught: “It is not common that the voice of the people desireth anything contrary to that which is right” (Mosiah 29:26). Thousands of people came to the defense of freedom as Moroni marched to the land of Gideon (Alma 62:3–5). Truth and righteousness did and will prevail.
