Moroni's anger is mounting with every paragraph. He says the judgments of God will come down upon the heads of the people of Zarahemla because of their slothfulness in failing to support the armies in the field.
Now Moroni touches on a very bitter memory concerning the king-men who had to be threatened with death before they would help in defense of the men, women and children who were being slaughtered by the Lamanites.
