Moroni would like Ammoron to fear the judgment of the God he has rejected (v. 8). Moroni knows that Ammoron is an apostate Nephite. Therefore, he ought to fear Yahweh’s justice, but Moroni knows that he will not. Still, Yahweh’s justice will nevertheless be visited upon him.
