“All Is as One Day with God, and Time Only Is Measured Unto Men”

Brant Gardner

Alma returns to the problem of time just long enough to dismiss the idea that there may be an element of unfairness for those who have the longest to wait. The actual wait is irrelevant, because “all is one day with God, and time only is measured unto men.” The complaint would be relevant only if time were significant—and it ceases to be significant in God’s realm where “all is one day.”
