“Alma Returned to the Land of Zarahemla”

W. Cleon Skousen

While the missionaries were laboring among the Zoramites, Alma had left his son Helaman and Himni, the son of King Mosiah, to watch over the Church in Zarahemla. But when Alma returned to Zarahemla he saw a spirit of apostasy and wickedness spreading among the members of the Church and overriding the efforts of Helaman and Himni to maintain a high spiritual tone.
