Amulek provides a comprehensive agenda for prayer and supplication. We must humbly ask the Lord for help in all things and in all places, for “he is mighty to save” (verse 18). How often should we pray? He gives us the answer: “let your hearts be full, drawn out in prayer unto him continually” (verse 27). Even when we are not expressing aloud our thanks and needs, our hearts are still maintaining a prayerful attitude without interruption.
