Aaron’s concern is a valid one. We must always be on the alert to avoid boasting about our accomplishments, even if (perhaps especially if) the accomplishments are in the spiritual realm. Few persons are able to keep an eye single to the glory of God to such an extent that they look to God and acknowledge his hand in all things.
