The Contention Began to Be Exceeding Sharp Among Them

George Reynolds, Janne M. Sjodahl

Abish, seeing the sharp contention among them, and fearing greater trouble, was moved almost to tears because she had spread the alarm that caused them to gather at the house of the king.

Already a member of God's Church, Abish was attuned to the whisperings of that "still small voice which cometh from the Father to lead, and guide, and to warn of things to come"; thus her feelings were most poignant, her sensibilities ready at all times to receive the impressions of the Holy Spirit.
