It is amazing that Ammon dared to share with Lamoni so much gospel meat. Much of what he was telling the king was far beyond the milk stage -- or the simple gospel story -- but Ammon knew the Spirit was working on the mind of the king, and so he let the Spirit guide him as to what Lamoni could be taught.
