“Just and Holy Men”
The revelations of heaven are vouchsafed to those worthy of them. One wonders whether certain shepherds who saw and heard this heaven-sent message in the Old World were not among those “just and holy men” spoken of. Surely they were lifetime witnesses of this marvelous event. Luke testifies that “they made known abroad the saying which was told them concerning this child’ (Luke 2:17).”
