Rhetoric: Alma offers the people a chance to repent from accepting the teachings of Zeezrom and others. Just as Zeezrom attempted to ensnare Amulek, Zeezrom (and others like him) have already ensnared the people. He hopes that by using Zeezrom’s now-clear plan as a model, the crowd can see that they had also been captured by a similar argument.
