“He Who is Filthy Shall Remain in His Filthiness”
This is speaking of the ultimate in filthiness, the pinnacle of unholiness, the sons of perdition. These are they who deny and defy, vessels of wrath, poisoned cisterns, people who stare at the light of the Son and yet shun him. See also Mormon 9:14; D&C 88:35, 102.
