“Ye Are in the Paths of Righteousness”
They are not perfect but are striving, through their allegiance to and trust in Christ, to become such. Like the people to whom Paul wrote, their salvation is nearer than when they initially believed the truth (see Romans 13:11). They are on track. Their course is approved of God.
