“Place in the Kingdom of Heaven”

Joseph F. McConkie, Robert L. Millet

To suppose that the unclean (those who have disdained works of righteousness) can enter the kingdom of heaven is not only to suppose that mercy can rob justice but is also to make God a liar. The idea not only denies the nature of God but also destroys the nature of the celestial world. It would make heaven but an endless extension of earth life in which good and evil would continue their war with each other.
