“The Eternal World”
That is, tens of thousands were ushered into that eternal world we know as the postmortal spirit world, there to undergo a “partial judgment,” a temporary consignation to paradise on the one hand or hell or outer darkness on the other (see Alma 34:34; Alma 40:11-15; Alma 48:23).
