“Extending the Arm of Mercy Towards Them That Put Their Trust in Him”
Mercy claimeth the penitent, and mercy cometh because of the atonement (Alma 42:23). Christ has indeed risen from the dead, that he might bring all men unto him “on conditions of repentance” (D&C 18:12; cf. 19:16-17; Mosiah 15:12, 27).
