By this may one know that conversion is complete: if the convert is spiritually moved by an overwhelming desire to share the good news with others, even as Alma and the sons of Mosiah are motivated to do missionary work. Enos has the same experience following his redemption (see Enos 1:9, 11). All who taste of the fruit of the tree of life desire that others should join them (see Lehi’s dream as reported in 1 Nephi 8). The operation of the Holy Spirit imparts a singular devotion to the cause of service and missionary labor. That is one of the miracles of gospel living.
