But thanks be to God, there is a plan worked out by the Father and the Son so that even the wicked can eventually satisfy the demands of justice and serve God in one of the lower kingdoms. The only exception are the sons of perdition. For them there is no hope. This is described in the Doctrine and Covenants 76:32-37.
