Abinadi answered the question asked by one of Noah’s priests (in Mosiah 12:21–24). Isaiah’s words are fulfilled as the watchmen, the Lord’s earthly leaders and messengers, lift up their voices to declare salvation to every nation, kindred, tongue, and people. The Lord reestablishes Zion, causing joyful singing, and redeems Jerusalem. All nations will see the power, glory, and salvation of the Lord.
