Abinadi now answers the question asked by Isaiah, and recorded in Mosiah 14:8, "Who shall declare his generation?"
Christ, the Immortal Son of God, the Father of Salvation, the Mighty Prince, who brought peace to men's troubled souls, although He died a sacrifice for sin and suffered almost alone, He shall see the numberless hosts of them that, in holiness, worship Him and have taken upon them, His name.
Who shall be his seed? Every one who has heard and believed the words of the prophets concerning Christ are His seed. Also, all the holy prophets themselves. The inspired Abinadi was filled with joy as he proclaimed their Salvation, for he said, "These are his seed, or they are the heirs of the kingdom of God."
